These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use jlber. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations as overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
jlber's services are directed primarily at players located in the Philippines. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether accessing and using jlber is lawful in their jurisdiction. jlber does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered jlber account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
jlber reserves the right to require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time jlber deems verification necessary. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, or PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jlber may result in account restriction or suspension.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. jlber shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlber login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlber will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
You agree to notify jlber immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. jlber shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Your jlber account is for your personal entertainment use only. You may not use your account for commercial purposes, on behalf of another person, or as part of any organized or syndicated betting scheme. jlber reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any account suspected of non-personal use.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no successful login for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jlber reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Any remaining balance, after applicable fees and any statutory minimum, will be held by jlber pending reactivation or account closure proceedings.
jlber currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. jlber reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion without prior notice, though where practicable, advance notice will be provided to affected users.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed and credited to your jlber wallet in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction completing on the e-wallet provider's end. Bank transfer deposits may take between 5 minutes and one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating institution and transaction volume. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. jlber does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may have their own transfer limits.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts whose requests do not trigger additional security review. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jlber reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the player's KYC verification must be complete; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the player's verified real-money balance; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the withdrawn funds must have been fully met; and (d) the withdrawal method must be the same as, or consistent with, the primary deposit method on the account.
All transactions on the jlber platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlber does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. Any foreign currency amounts presented in the payment gateway are for reference only and will be processed and settled in PHP.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jlber are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In cases of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your jlber account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be specified in the promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to any qualifying deposit.
jlber strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts; exploiting technical errors or system loopholes to claim bonuses not intended for you; using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimize risk (such as hedging bets) solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers.
jlber reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the accounts of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds and any associated free bets expire thirty (30) days after they are credited to your account. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
All casino games offered through jlber Casino, including slots, live dealer tables, and game show titles, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or physical dealing equipment audited by recognized independent testing laboratories. jlber does not manipulate game outcomes. All bets placed on jlber are final once confirmed and accepted by the system. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to the affected players.

Changes take effect for new bets placed after the adjustment and do not affect bets already in progress.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the data recorded by jlber's server systems shall be considered the authoritative record. If you believe an error has occurred, you must contact jlber support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlber platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jlber content without jlber's prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the jlber platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits — even if jlber has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlber's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlber platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your jlber account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jlber's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
jlber reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if jlber reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other conduct that jlber deems harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations.
Upon suspension, jlber will inform you of the reason where legally permissible and not in conflict with any ongoing regulatory or law enforcement investigation. Any real-money balance on a suspended account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and jlber's internal policies.
You may close your jlber account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable time, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
jlber reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlber will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jlber platform.
Your continued use of jlber following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
